Consolidate Matters
Mass torts often do not start off that way. Making the transition from single matters to a consolidated view of one mass tort can be cumbersome with other systems, but MatterTrack was built to handle this situation with ease. Our simple interface allows you to add matters together in seconds, saving the individual matter as a “closed” so you can always view the history, but transferring forecasts and actuals to the new consolidated matter without reentering data.
Assign Counsel
When you set up a matter in MatterTrack, simply select the firm assigned to that matter. If an outside firm is managing the work of other outside firms on some matters, you can empower that firm as national counsel for the individual matter or mass tort.
Maintain Confidentiality
Role-based security allows you to determine the confidentiality requirements across firms and matters allowing outside counsel to see only the information you want them to see. If national counsel is managing a mass tort, users from that firm can see the data provided by firms assigned to that matter, but only for that matter. Only client users have a view across all matters.
