Exit Strategy

With any significant decision, you may ask yourself, "what if I don’t like this and I want to get out?" No service provider likes to think about the end of the client-vendor relationship, but the best time to discuss that end is before it starts. MatterTrack offers you the following assurance:

  1. If you encounter issues with MatterTrack® or our service, tell us and we will try to fix it.
  2. If you feel that the issue has not been adequately resolved and you decide that you prefer to stop using MatterTrack, we will work with you to make the transition smooth.
  3. We will release your data to you with no delays.
  4. We will not charge you for any service time beyond the day you stop using the application.

If you have specific concerns before using MatterTrack, we will collaborate with you on exit terms as part of the initialization contract.
